I came across this story last week and i was in awe the whole week!
Really a great testament to how He never fails to provide for us.
Learning how to be more grateful with each day.

SNAG
S.N.A.G.
Hello to the new world.
I never really thought i would encounter these scenarios, but well, you'll never know what you're gonna get.
save for names, it'll just be a summary.
happened to remember JUST A PORTION of a personal detail and it affected him much.
had no intention of being nearby. just passing by. it's an incredibly small island we are living on.
why not you move to the other end of the world, and i wont even remember where u stay anymore, cos it's too faraway.
seriously, be realistic.

The Benefits of Strength TrainingYOUR DAILY FIT TIP
By The Lifescript Editorial Staff

Strength training may sound like an intense, hard-to-perform activity, but it’s not. When using dumbbells, barbells and other load-bearing equipment, strength-training exercises will stress your muscles beyond what you may have done before – but they will do so safely and more effectively than any other workout.
After your first workout, your muscles may be more fatigued than they were after other exercise programs - and that's a goodthing because it means you're creating new fat-burning lean muscle. Besides its muscle-building benefits, strength training also boosts your body’s health. A small study showed that whole-body resistance training can help reduce chronic lower back pain. Published in theJournal of Strength and Conditioning Research, the study found that men and women who engaged in resistance training for 16 weeks experienced a 60% improvement in pain and functioning. Meanwhile, those who engaged in aerobics training for 16 weeks experienced only a 12% improvement in lower back pain. Besides pain reduction, the people who strength trained also improved in muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and lost 15% of their body fat. It’s a no-brainer: Strength training is the key to fitness and overall health! |

Skincare
been a mess lately.
Rock n roll as they call it, emotions going crazy.
at least that makes me human.
BUT, i got a BIG pimple near my scar. :( and it made my scar so much more visible!!!
oh, well. hope it goes away soonest.
Went to meet up some friends, and they were all supportive, except for a few hyper-irritating ones, the drama mamas who actually do cheer me up.
hahahh
oh well.
gonna take gd gd gd care of my skin, invested in Lancome's Visionnaire set, so i hope it works out like what they said.
Scar reduced, pores refined, etc..
